SEMWA Programming 2021

June 26, 2021 –  Mystery in the Midlands – Crowdcast 10:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. – SEMWA partners with Palmetto Sisters in Crime to bring you Dana Kaye moderating panels featuring Laurie R. King, Caroline Todd, Lori Rader-Day (historicals); Alex Segura, Yasmin Angoe, Robert Dugoni (suspense/thriller); and Barb Goffman, Michael Bracken, and Frankie Y. Bailey (short stories). Keynoter Dr. Kathy Reichs will be interviewed by Debra H. Goldstein. Summer

2021 Literacy Drive – A member from our chapter will request books from SEMWA members and present them to a nearby library. The literacy drive usually runs from June through August or September.

August 19-21, 2021 – Killer Nashville – Franklin, TN. SEMWA is a proud sponsor of this event. Check it out at SEMWA does Ready.Set.Pitch on Thursday at 5 pm for writers wishing to practice their pitches. Additionally, we will have a SEMWA-only panel highlighting our authors.
